Amla Beet Root Chutney |

Ingredients:
- 10 no,s Amla fruits
- Curry leaf.
- Red chilli
- Udad dal
- 3 no,s Beet Root
- Lasoon
- Jeera
- salt
Method
- Cut Amla and remove seeds mix required salt
- Haldi keeps aside for four days, cut the Beet root in to small pieces and cook them with 2 spoons of oil for 10 minutes.
- Cut the red chillies in to small pieces gring the Amla beet root pieces, red chillies and salt as smooth paste, then add jeera, Udad dal, lasson
- Curry leaf with 2 spoons of ghee.
