Mix equal quantities of mustard powder and rice flour. Add some water and boil until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Spread on a handkerchief and cover the affected parts when bearably hot. |

Boil 1 teacup mustard oil with 4 tbsp henna leaves, gradually added. Filter and bottle. Massage on the bald patches regularly.
Grind the remains of tobacco smoked in hookah and add to boiling mustard oil. Cool and store. Massage on the bald patches regularly. |
| Headache mental tension |

Boil 1 teacup water. Add 2 tsp ground mustard and 1 tsp sugar candy. Allow it to cool. An oil-spill-like-skin that appearson the surface is skimmed off and applied on the affected areas. |

Add 2 to 3 tbsp ground mustard in a bath tub of water and soak the affected parts. |
